Terms of service

These terms apply when you use staging.bdtravelsolutions.com, run by BD Travel Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making an itinerary, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

What we provide

We make proposed flight itineraries: PDF documents that list flights from published airline schedules, with the passenger details you give us, for visa applications and travel planning.

• An itinerary is not a ticket or a booking. We don't reserve seats or contact airlines, and you can't board a flight with it.
• The booking ID, PNR and status on the PDF: they're our references for the document, not an airline's.
• Fares are indicative and may differ from what an airline charges. Airlines can change their schedules after your itinerary is made.

Using your itinerary

• You're responsible for how you use it. Check what the embassy, consulate or other authority you're applying to accepts, and follow their rules.
• Don't present an itinerary as a purchased ticket or a confirmed booking, or use it to mislead anyone.
• We don't decide visa applications and can't promise any outcome.

The details you enter

• Enter each passenger's details accurately, as they appear in their passport. You're responsible for what you enter, including any fare or booking details you change.
• Only enter the details of people who have agreed to it.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Keep your password secret. You're responsible for what's done with your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, automated access, or abuse of the service or of payments.

Prices and payment

• An itinerary's price is shown before you pay. Sometimes we offer them free.
• Pay with bKash Send Money to the number shown, then enter the Transaction ID. The payment must be at least the price, and each Transaction ID can be used only once.
• One payment buys one itinerary. Paying more than the price doesn't buy more than one.
• You can download your itinerary again, or have a copy emailed to you, for as long as you keep it in My trips.
• Refunds: your PDF is delivered straight away, so we don't refund an itinerary once it's made. If you paid and your PDF couldn't be made, the payment stays on your account for your next itinerary, or email us and we'll refund it to the bKash number it came from.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the site available, but we can't promise it will always work without interruption, and we may change, suspend or stop the service. We may update these terms: the date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for visa decisions, airline schedule or fare changes, or any loss arising from how you or anyone else uses an itinerary. Our total liability for an itinerary is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
